Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and near the main highway to the airport and to main sightseeing in Costa Rica.
Located on the 2nd floor, it has beautiful landscaping view, which can be enjoyed from the additional private balcony.
The Loft includes: 1 queen bed, A/C, cable TV, wireless internet, private bathroom, closet, safe box, equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small oven. Also a small dining table with 4 chairs and a futton that serves as lounging sofa or as a bed for accommodating a 3rd person or kid.
The property has a great pool with deck and pool, enabled for the use of the Loft renters and free parking.

The property has been owned since 50 years ago by our father, when it used to be a farm area, so we maintained a lot of green area and trees.

We as owners manage the property, totally focused on service, we think what makes us unique is the amount of green area we have, the efficient space design in each loft, and having all these very near the city.
