About this space
Welcome to our beautiful and cozy beach condo and enjoy a perfect family or friends getaway! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is close to Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey Beaches, shopping and grocery stores, and the best restaurants this area has to offer. Located on route 1, the condo is about 3 miles drive to downtown Rehoboth where you can relax on the beach or take a walk on the boardwalk. Our condo is clean and stylish, with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WiFi and free parking.
The space
Our 1,000 sq foot condo is located on the main floor of the building and it has a wide open layout with the two bedrooms located on both sides of the kitchen offering privacy for families or couples. There are also two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and a screened porch with 3 seasons retractable windows. The condo can easily accommodate 6 people, or up to 8 if you choose to use the pull-out queen couch in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full with a trundle).
The kitchen is fully equipped. It also has a Keurig coffee machine and we provide our guests with coffee pods. There are also basic condiments available for you to use.
The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need to use, towels, hair drier, full size shampoo and conditioner and body wash for adults and children.
The living room has a smart TV with Premium Cable and you can stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney , HBO or any other online streaming apps of your choice.
We provide bath towels, bed linens and extra quilts. There are beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

You don’t have to walk stairs up and down as the condo is on the main floor. The condo is also an end unit and offers privacy.
