The kitchen is stocked for one guest. I was fine but for two you would need at least two bowls plates etc. The elevator and hall are a sit shabby but inside the unit all was fine otherwise.

Although it is mentioned in the listing that there is a 100 deposit on top of your VRBO reservation, it is buried way towards the bottom of the listing, which definitely comes across as a deceptive business practice. Additionally, the check-in process isn’t clear based on the structure of the VRBO app. Our room also had a damaged panel behind the bed. The room itself was generally comfortable and otherwise looked nice, and the price was decent.

Management was not accommodating me when I was unclothed and needed some time to get ready for them to conduct maintenance. They were rude and left me stinky for a whole day on my trip. The room was as advertised, the hotel on the other hand…. Avoid and put more money in to your room if you want comfort over value

Simply Suites is awsome

Its awesome because diirs are secured. You open the door so cooly.And you find a small nice little hotel room .It has all you need. Except an oven. That's why it's so awsome . It has a air conditioner in the bathroom and main room. It can get hot though so turn on the air conditioner.

Run down, scary area

The room is actually located inside the Sonesta Simply Suites Hotel which is run down and scary. I was shocked when my GPS took me to this hotel and I had to call the VRBO owner (which was a 1-800 company...not a single owner) to confirm I was in the right place. As a solo female traveler I did not enjoy this stay. The room was ok. It was large and had the kitchen and the bed was comfy with lots of pillows. It was, however, run down as well. I'm glad I only had to stay 2 nights! Yikes and Yuck!
