Inglewood, a charming and historic neighborhood in Nashville, is located just a few miles northeast of downtown, between the Airpot and downtown. 🤫 Quiet Hours (10 PM - 8 AM): No outside music. We use noise monitors to track volume (max 85db).
⚠️ Zero Tolerance: Noise complaints or unauthorized parties will result in reservation cancellation without refund.
🚭 NO SMOKING/VAPING INDOORS: Permitted in sign-posted areas only. Heavy fines apply for indoor smoke/odor removal. Dispose of all Cigarette garbage.
👯 Guests: No unregistered guests or events. Primary renter is responsible for the group.
🔞 Age Limit: Guests under 21 must have a parent/guardian present.
💳 Damages: Renter agrees to cover costs for any damages or missing items.
