About this property

Perfect for your next gathering including songwriter's retreats, creative workshops & seminars, the ideal space for the creative to disconnect and unwind.
Featuring retro music art, a large common living room space featuring a full stage for intimate performances. Catered to the working creative/ songwriter. Granite-topped kitchen with gas-range & breakfast area, complete with sliding doors overlooking a beautiful wooded landscape.

A spacious, rustic, cedar-sided cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2/1/2 bathroom.
Beautiful open kitchen with gas range stove.
Master bedroom with king bed is downstairs with a private bathroom with walk-in shower/central heating and air.

Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms feature a queen bed, one family room + TV area, and king bed with bath/ shower upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have air-splits for climate control.

Note: The Owners/Hosts maintain an office space/ business in a separate structure on the 5-acre property, adjacent to the house. This area will remain locked at all times and will not affect Guest's access to the property or privacy, even when owner is present. We aim to offer our guests a private, exclusive experience.

The 2 hosts (Nettie or Daryl) sometimes come directly outside to the front concrete parking lot + outdoor smoking area for short outdoor breaks, but will fully respect privacy and peace of guests, and their exclusive access to the backyard and patio space.

The office is seldom used by the owners during guest stays, but in the event the owners/hosts are present and cross paths with Guests, please feel free to speak to us - we are happy to answer any questions and help make your stay as beautiful and convenient as possible!
No smoking indoors. Hosts are on call by phone / app 24/7 should questions arise.

Please be mindful and respectful of the wildlife.
Absolutely no hunting or usage of firearms. No feeding of the Koi fish or caged chickens on site.
Please be mindful of leaving food out for more than a few hours - the house is in the woods, and mice/ vermin are attracted to open containers.

Gorgeous stay in a peaceful setting

This house definitely exceeded my expectations. The rooms were nice and big. The owners thought of everything you could need and included it in the house (eg: makeup remover wipes in the bathroom, bug spray and a first aid kit in the cabinet, even a charger on the kitchen counter). The whole house had a peaceful quality to it. The back yard was very serene and even had chicken (in their coop). If I am ever in the neighborhood again, I will not hesitate to book this again! I loved it!

Loved our serene getaway!

Amazing stay at this cute cabin! I give the accuracy of the online listing a 4/5 because the photos truly don’t do this place justice. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely stay

We had a short and sweet stay at the cabin. Very big and comfortable for a large group, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We loved the outdoor space as well. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful Fall Getaway

My friends and I enjoyed spending the weekend at this peaceful cabin. It was clean and comfortable with spacious bedrooms, very nice bathrooms and a wonderful, well-stocked kitchen. The chocolates and water bottles were a nice touch!! I highly recommend this special retreat.
