Was an adorable attic suite. One bed in the loft and a hide-a-bed. Beds were comfy. A small kitchen counter with dishwasher and fridge and freezer combo. Two sets of stairs. Easy for us, but you might want to consider that if you don't do stairs well for. A short 10 min walk to palace
