Each bedroom, filled with a plush mattress and equipped with a smart TV, is a haven of coziness, promising peaceful slumbers and leisurely mornings. We provide an interactive touch screen (GuestView Guide) that is packed full of information such as restaurants, water activities, local rentals & lots of entertainment. We think its better to give you all of the info you could need in one handy spot so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation & less time sitting in front of a computer researching how to enjoy it.
The GuestView allows contactless check-in/check-out and the ability to contact the host for emergency requests.

There are 2 owners closets that are locked, but the rest of the home is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

Coded entry is under the covered porch in the front of the home.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $75 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**HOT TUB:
Hot tub is only available from September 1 - April 30. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31.
Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
