Great place close to Glacier NP
The posted pictures do not do this place justice! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. The kitchen provides everything needed to make meals and the tupperware was nice to be able to take lunch on the go. The kitchen is part of the first floor great room which includes a large desk, super comfy couches, TV and lots of windows for natural light. We stayed here with our 9 month old and it suited us nicely - there was even a rocking chair which came in very handy. Joe lives in a separate house on the property and was very friendly. Two things to note - house is a diamond in the rough, seemed to be the nicest place on the street. Personally, the road noise was a little loud for me so I had to keep the windows closed at night. Neither of these things were a deal-breaker for us. Would stay here again!
Awesome Martin City Montana cabin
The house was everything stated and more! Joe was absolutely terrific! He is right next door and more than willing to help in anyway he can. Great location, 15 minute drive to the West Glacier entrance. Tons of things to do and places to explore close to the cabin.
Great Cabin Home!
Our family of 4 adults and two children (both 3 and under) stayed here near the end of July. The cabin was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. There have clearly been many upgrades. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two with queen beds and one with bunk beds. The lowest level also had a queen bed, but we didn't need it. The kitchen was fully stocked and the open concept living room was great for our whole family. The cabin really was ideal. The only nit-picky concern would be that the cabin is a bit of a diamond in the rough (surrounding neighborhood not the greatest, but did not matter for us). The location in regards to Glacier National Park is perfect - about 10-15 minutes from the West Glacier/Apgar gate. Joe, the host, was super accommodating and was always available for anything we needed! We would definitely stay here again.
this place is amazing!!
The beautiful cabin was in a great location for our travels around Glacier National Park. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen, spending time on the porch, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, or sitting in the great room with the large windows when we weren’t out exploring the park. Joe was quick to respond to any questions or requests. It was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed our stay.
Very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and close to West entrance of Glacier National Park!
We loved staying at this property! It was an easy 10 minute drive to the West entrance of Glacier National Park. This beautiful log cabin was very clean and very well stocked (towels, bedding, pillows, kitchen items, etc.). It was also well decorated and had comfortable furniture (many nice updates since the pictures were taken). Parking was very close and only a few steps up into the property, so loading and unloading the car was very easy. Having Satellite/Dish TV was nice when relaxing in the evenings. The WIFI was excellent. Having a bed in the lower level (walk-out basement) was also great, as it essentially provided a whole other bedroom. The two bathrooms were very nice, especially when everyone was getting ready in the morning. The washer and dryer were a wonderful feature to have on our long road trip. We would definitely stay here again.
