Beautiful home, 200 Private Acres on a lake! Fishing and Springs nearby!

Welcome to our retreat! This home is a newly built 3br/2ba home that sits on 200 private acres on a beautiful recreational lake. Tons of exploring options, a nearby fishing dock (off site), and close to beaches, with peace and quiet all around. Located approx 20 min from 3 different gorgeous natural springs!!

2 min down the road, our neighbors offer their private dock and boat launch access for $5 dollars per car. We are 45 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Approx 20 min from 3 different natural springs. Not far from tubing, not far from 3 state parks. So much to do around here!

You can enjoy the beach, shops and restaurants, stop by the dock and fish on your way home, and then come home to peace and relaxation in what feels like worlds away from the world. Beautiful stars at night, put your feet in our sand, and breathe in the air on your own private, wooded 200 acres.

Very well stocked kitchen, cozy living room, vacation decor. Endless area to explore.

PLEASE make sure you explore with others, in the day light, and be careful - 200 acres is a lot of land. Children should not be left unattended. We do have paths (and one that connects to the lake. But it’s unmarked and really for someone skilled with the outdoors) and you can stay close to the home and feel like you’re all in the middle of a great untouched forest.

Ample parking and RV hook up site for additional fee.

3) Well behaved dogs are allowed (up to 2) for an additional fee of $25 per night, per dog. Please message prior to booking.

PLEASE NOTE - THERE IS WIFI but not a TV. Of course you could stream movies or whatever to a laptop, but we leave that to you.

Our home is configured to sleep 12 people (additional options above) as follows:

Master - Queen bed (sleeps 2), access to attached bathroom with shower.
Guest room 1 - Full bunk bed (sleeps 4)
Guest room 2 - Queen bunk beds (sleeps 4) - the top bunk is not for the faint of heart. It's been great for kids. It is not easy to get into unless you are athletic!!
Living Room - Queen sofa sleeper pull out bed (actually quite comfortable)
Bath 1 - attached to Master bedroom with an access door to the hallway for guests (can be locked to allow only Master bedroom access) - Very large shower
Bath 2 - guest bath with bathtub
