Welcome to our beautiful diamond in Palm Desert! Enjoy the peaceful, cozy ambience with sweeping views of the beautiful greens and majestic mountains!! This little gem is great for fun getaways and vacation stays!!! We would love for you to enjoy our home and community!!!
The space
Our beautifully remodeled getaway includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, with laminate flooring throughout, an open floor plan, a Bose sound system, and easy living decor. There is a gas barbecue on the patio and full size laundry room with supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and essential cooking supplies. The bedrooms include all linens such as bath and pool towels and extra bedding. There is a two car garage with door openers for your convenience. The community has 46 swimming pools and spas available for your use including a pool and hot tub directly across the street from our home! The northerly views from the backyard patio are breathtaking with majestic mountains and a pond with water features. We know you will love this incredible home!!

Tim and Michelle are strict followers of the City of Palm Desert Short Term Rental requirements. Included in the photos is the Palm Desert Good Neighbor Brochure. All requirements must be reviewed and it is kindly requested that the renter adhere to these requirements.
