About this property

#1 Sunsets… Relax & Unwind- 2BD, 2 BTH Sleeps 6

Hi there.... If you don't see the dates you need we have another property in the same Country Club, minutes of each other. Please request the Property ID info and we can get it to you.

Our beautiful and immaculate 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo has the most desired sunsets in the community with the back patio facing water views and an unobstructed mountain scene. This is a SMOKE/VAPING/PET free indoor & outdoor home. We have a fireplace in the main room and the master bedroom is facing the golf course view... not all units will have this.

It sits is on the fairway on the #2 challenge course and has a large patio with table/chairs and 2 full size loungers and a BBQ.

** There is no Smoking/Vaping/Pets indoor or outdoor allowed**

We only use:
- High end linens, towels
- Duvets that are changed between every stay..... so NEVER an old comforter to worry about. We replace sheets, pool towels and bed linens frequently to keep them fresh.
- Blowdryer
- Curling Iron
- Ironing Board
- Scale
- Coffee Grinder
- 3 Types of Coffee Makers
- Ice Machine
- Blender
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, appliances, utensils and high quality knives to cook with
- BBQ and BBQ tools
- King Bed, Queen Bed and and a Queen Air mattress with full linens to accomodate up to 6 if needed.
- 2 Bathrooms, one with a bath/shower & one with a walk in shower.
- 3 Flat Screen, Smart TV's in the living, master and guest room
- Netflix, Hulu accounts you can access. Traditional
Cable, Sports chanel and movie channel included, movie rentals will be charged against your security deposit
- No phone
- WIFI included
- There are over 44 pools in the community, we our condo being steps away from 2 pools. There is a large clubhouse pool with lap lane.
- 1 Car can fit in garage, otherwise you have 2 car driveway.

This is a private Golf Course Community, which makes the grounds superior and gorgeous. You will need to belong to American Golf to Golf there, otherwise there are many beautiful courses everywhere around the area. Tennis is a private company and intermittently allows the public to pay to play. The gym allows a workout for a fee.

Walking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Hiking Relaxing.... all part of a perfect stay in Palm Desert.

We booked this property for a weekend getaway to celebrate our son's college graduation. We were very happy with this property, it was clean and the resort was very relaxing. We loved walking around the grounds and the pool was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our questions were addressed and needs were met. The condo is fully stocked, everything needed for a fun vacation and more—-bikes, patio table, great kitchen, lots of pool choices, etc. Plus beautifully decorated. The views are incredible, right on the golf course. There is occasional train noise, which is always the case in Palm Valley—-we like to sleep with the windows open so we hear it more than most. That said, wish we could have had more time there as it was a quick stay! Alicia is a pleasure to work with.

Everything was great once we got checked in. Had some hiccups with door code not working and garage code not working either. Took awhile to get in contact with owners at 8pm with tired kids. Communication prior to getting there was non existent and number and email listed got not responses from, but after was just fine.That being said once we got in the area and the place was amazing! Super clean, great for our family, pools walking distance. We loved everything about it once we got in.

We love this location... There are a group of owners all in this area that have been there for years and a few of them loved it so much they moved there full time. We knew when we picked this location it was one of the top desired spots. There are no condos directly across the grass/water obstructing the view of the sunsets or mountains.

What makes this property unique

Many repeat travelers book this row of condos and they have all become friends. They meet around the same time and BBQ and drink wine together in the evenings. Its a great spot to meet long term summer friends.
