Best Sunsets in Palm Desert - Pure Relaxation - 2 bedroom 2 bath & Airbed

Hi there.... If you don't see the dates you need we have another property in the same Country Club, minutes of each other. Please request the Property ID info and we can get it to you.

Our beautiful and immaculate 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo has the most desired sunsets in the community with the back patio facing water views and an unobstructed mountain scene. This is a SMOKE/VAPING/PET free indoor & outdoor home. We have a fireplace in the main room and the master bedroom is facing the golf course view... not all units will have this.

It sits is on the fairway on the #2 challenge course and has a large patio with table/chairs and 2 full size loungers and a BBQ.

** There is no Smoking/Vaping/Pets indoor or outdoor allowed**

We only use:
- High end linens, towels
- Duvets that are changed between every stay..... so NEVER an old comforter to worry about. We replace sheets, pool towels and bed linens frequently to keep them fresh.
- Blowdryer
- Curling Iron
- Ironing Board
- Scale
- Coffee Grinder
- 3 Types of Coffee Makers
- Ice Machine
- Blender
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, appliances, utensils and high quality knives to cook with
- BBQ and BBQ tools
- King Bed, Queen Bed and and a Queen Air mattress with full linens to accomodate up to 6 if needed.
- 2 Bathrooms, one with a bath/shower & one with a walk in shower.
- 3 Flat Screen, Smart TV's in the living, master and guest room
- Netflix, Hulu accounts you can access. Traditional
Cable, Sports chanel and movie channel included, movie rentals will be charged against your security deposit
- No phone
- WIFI included
- There are over 44 pools in the community, we our condo being steps away from 2 pools. There is a large clubhouse pool with lap lane.
- 1 Car can fit in garage, otherwise you have 2 car driveway.

This is a private Golf Course Community, which makes the grounds superior and gorgeous. You will need to belong to American Golf to Golf there, otherwise there are many beautiful courses everywhere around the area. Tennis is a private company and intermittently allows the public to pay to play. The gym allows a workout for a fee.

Walking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Hiking Relaxing.... all part of a perfect stay in Palm Desert.

AMAZING

Host was very nice. It was very clean & spacious & so pretty! We stayed for Coachella weekend & had an absolute amazing time. Neighbors were super nice too. Would definitely stay again

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pros were it was in a quiet neighborhood beautiful neighborhood right next to the golf course was awesome and there's so many pools which was very convenient. The home was large and comfortable. Cons were the train noise, which didn't really bother us and the communication with the host could've been quicker responses. overall great place to stay!

Awesome condo!

We would stay here again. Palm Valley is such a great community and this condo is updated and very nice. Beds are comfortable too! The owners were great at communicating with us and checking in to make sure everything was going okay. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely apartment in beautiful complex

Our stay at JJ and Alicia’s place was lovely, the unit is clean, modern, and well stocked. It’s a gorgeous complex with palm trees and many pools. Only con is quite a bit of gardening noise in the morning if you plan to sleep in.

The home was nice and in a beautiful community. The pools and hot tubs were great. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in, but the owner took care of things right away and was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at the country club.

Perfect Palm Desert getaway

Adorably decorated, and well stocked! Very nice quality linens and very comfortable beds! Just steps to pool 40, and in our opinion the best in the entire country club! Restaurants and shopping are all close by. Palm Valley country club has been well maintained over the years. We will definitely rent here again!

Beautiful views

All of the prior reviews are accurate. Clean rental, comfortable beds, beautiful views of golf course and mountains. Trains and highway proximity did not bother us at all.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view from the back patio was spectacular and the home was beautifully decorated. The ability to access cable channels and Netflix gave us some viewing options. The owners were attentive to taking care of anything that was needed during our stay. Thank you JJ and Alicia.

Pickleball Nationals trip

Comfy, Cozy, & Chic

Beautifully decorated condo, modern, comfortable, and cozy. Great view of the resort from the patio. Heated pool overlooking the golf course was delightful. Well-stocked kitchen. Grandkids loved it! Be aware that property is adjacent to train tracks.

Very nice condo in gated community

This was our first experience renting a vacation condo/home and it was very positive. This condo was perfect for our needs. Two bedroom, each with their own bathroom and there are tvs in each bedroom. The patio looks out onto a private country club. We only had a couple of questions during our stay and they were quick to respond each time. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo for family with lots to do (or simply for relaxing!)

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The condo is beautiful and comfortable/cozy and the community is gorgeous. Our toddler son had fun playing on the patio and the proximity to several different pools is so nice. My dad and I played tennis at the club house. There is a lot to do within the condo (games provided, variety of TV options, etc) and complex (tennis, walks, lounging on the patio, pools) as well as within Palm Desert. The owners were very responsive and accommodating with any questions we had.

Wonderful Stay

The stay was great. Lots of seasonings/condiments in the kitchen. The air bed was big and comfortable. The outside patio had a relaxing view. I went for Coachella. The location was about a mile away from a shuttle (Cook St.). That shuttle actually had the shortest line usually, so that was a nice benefit. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owners. I hope I can book this place next year.

A little slice of paradise

This condo was perfect for 4 adults! The only reason I didn’t give it a “5” for neighborhood was due to the proximity of the train, but it really didn’t bother us too much. The owners have stocked the condo better than any others we’ve rented. They were quick to respond to our needs/questions. The best thing about this condo? The view off the patio...I don’t think there is a prettier view in Palm Valley. Highly recommend this home, and will be renting here again!

A perfect home base for Coachella

The condo was perfect for us, conveniently located to Coachella. Super comfortable with amazing amenities within the condo and within the community. Beautifully updated, the pictures are accurate The communication with the owners was exceptional. I would mention that the unit is near the train tracks. It didn't bother us at all but if you are a sensitive sleeper it's something to consider. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Home with lovely Backyard Views

Loved our stay here in November. I couldn't get enough of the backyard views. Kids loved the wide-open space. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances. Home decor is very fancy & welcoming. House was super clean. Everything in the house feels so neat, organized & thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the bike rides in the community. Thank You for the Bikes! Pool & Jacuzzi were very private no one else were using when we are there. No traffic, it was quiet & pleasant.

Just what we needed!

Really nice place. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen had all the tools, etc., that we needed, and not just crappy tools but good quality. Their potato peeler rivaled mine! Pools were in close proximity. Bedding was really cozy and good quality. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The only thing that I would say would have been better is less noise from the freeway, and the occasional train. We were surprised and a little disappointed the first evening when we went to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view that it was quite loud. But thankfully it didn’t bother us at night with the windows closed.

We love this location... There are a group of owners all in this area that have been there for years and a few of them loved it so much they moved there full time. We knew when we picked this location it was one of the top desired spots. There are no condos directly across the grass/water obstructing the view of the sunsets or mountains.

What makes this property unique

Many repeat travelers book this row of condos and they have all become friends. They meet around the same time and BBQ and drink wine together in the evenings. Its a great spot to meet long term summer friends.
