This bright and upgraded condo has an ideal floor plan, perfect for a vacation. The Updated kitchen features new appliances, new cabinets and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare all of your meals! The kitchen transitions to the dining room, where you and your loved ones can sit and enjoy a meal! The dining area features a 6 person dining table. The living features a sectional with a 50in. Smart TV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. The living room connects to a beautiful patio featuring golf course lake views, along with a large sectional and a fire feature. This condo features washer and dryer and a two car garage.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 50in. Smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, two large closets. The guest bedroom features two queen beds, ceiling fan, and 43in. TV, large closet and connects to the guest bathroom.



OUTDOORS

The beautiful patio opens to a bright green golf course and a small lake. Community pool and spa only 200 feet away! The back patio features a large sectional with a fire feature and two chaise lounges to catch some sun! The front patio features a 4 person dining table with a 4 burner BBQ! Catch some sun on the chaise lounges, or take refuge in shade under the patio umbrellas.



Palm Valley Country Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

It is situated in a perfect location right on the golf course overlooking a beautiful pond.The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen is very well equipped; we truly did not lack for anything. The patio furniture is perfect, and we particularly enjoyed sitting out at night in front of the fire pit.The communication with the host was met in a timely mammer and very helpful. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat!

Beautiful Warm Getaway

This home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were able to grill and cook our own meals to eat on the patio or go out to many wonderful restaurants nearby. The sunsets on the back patio were amazing. The management was easy to work with and provided everything we needed.

This is an absolutely beautiful rental located in the Palm Valley Resort which is immaculately maintained. We had small issues with the WiFi and cable TV which were immediately resolved by the property management company, which was extremely responsive to text messages. The condo was extremely clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for our five day stay. You can definitely see the pride in ownership. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Very nice and tranquil spot

This place was perfect for what we needed. It is a resort community that has permanent guests, so you can expect a real quiet neighborhood which was great. We really enjoyed the easy access to the pool area too. My only very minor complaint was that you need to use the main entrance for entry/exit which is quite a drive from the rental. Not a deal breaker at all though. I would book again here in the future.

Perfect and sure to return

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is just the perfect place for us. It is nicely decorated and has everything you would need to have a perfect vacation. Also, it is so close to everything- the theater, shopping, restaurants and even the airport. The thing we would suggest is getting a toaster that takes more than two slices of bread but that is being super picky! We plan on returning next year for two weeks!

Stagecoach stay

The property looked exactly as listed, very nice! Had everything we needed. It was a very quiet place, but we didnt have a rowdy crowd, So it worked for us. There was 4 of us that stayed for stagecoach. It was about a 25 min drive, which wasnt too bad. We had a great time, the pool was right at the corner on the same street, very convenient. Thank you for letting us stay!

Spectacular Property in Amazing PVCC

This property was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials needed to get us started. Our third time on the property, the back patio is incredibly beautiful with lots of seating and a fantastic large fire table. Not sure how it could be improved as we loved it. Having the garage is wonderful and the property management team was incredibly responsive. We would definitely book again at this location. It was an amazing week long stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay on Dahlia. The unit has a west view great for sunsets at happy hour. The unit was very well stocked with the essentials. Ashley was very responsive and quick with any issues. Really enjoyed the fire pit in the cool evenings. Going back next year which pretty well sums up how we feel about the unit.

Nice Unit

We had a lovely stay, despite the uncomfortable bed in the primary bedroom. It felt like you were lying on jello, weirdest mattress. The unit is very nice, the view is spectacular. Palm Valley is a lovely development, but very far to drive anywhere.

Well appointed Palm Spring townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It had everything we needed for our stay. Bed were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the decor fresh. Nice patios to enjoy the beautiful California weather. Great location.
