Welcome to the perfect vacation home! Brand New, Bright and Beautiful 3 bedroom (2 bedrooms and Office with a Trundle Bed/2 bath) comes fully furnished with Designer décor, all new furnishings and mattresses. Golf cart with roadside assistance included for your convenience. Located just 3 minutes from both Brownwood and Publix, and within strolling distance to Lake Okahumpa with kayaking & Rec Center. This Home is perfectly situated for your next adventure.
Come stay in this cozy and charming abode and make unforgettable memories!

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
