About this property

Welcome to this beautiful large designer house in the Village of Liberty Park! SUNSHINE has three large bedrooms, two baths, a great lanai with a grill, kitchen and dining room table. To top it all off, you can cruise around in the golf cart to ensure you are a True Villager! The location is super! It is between Sumter Landing and Brownwood, close to recreation centers, pools, golfing, pickleball, restaurants, shopping and live entertainment in the squares every day of the year.
THIS IS A PET FREE HOME

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. Golf Cart is a 2 seater.
There is a small car in the garage with a cover that remains as well as the Golf Cart. Parking will be in the driveway. Space for 2 vehicles.

Cozy, warm, and everything you could hope for!

Stayed with my mom for a few days, and were blown away by this property. Warm and cozy in every room, lots of helpful items and appliances. Was very clean, and setup very well. Will be looking for this property again in the future!

A very nice overall experience. House was very nice and clean, golf cart worked great, had everything we needed for cooking and eating and washing clothes. We would us this service again.
