Minutes to charming downtown Venice and Venice Airport. Master ensuite bedroom with king size bed, organic mattress. Second bedroom is set up as a home office with desk, printer. Well stocked kitchen with eat-in kitchen table. Oversized lanai is a dream- breathtaking views, incredible sunsets. Large capacity washer and dryer. Whole house water and air filtration. 'Green clean'- unit cleaned with non-toxic products prior to your arrival. Monthly rentals- minimum 4 week stays. Max occupancy 2 adults, no additional overnight guests. No smoking in unit or property, no pets. Please note: much of coastal Florida can and has been affected by 'red tide' from time to time. No guarantees/refunds related to such conditions.

What makes this property unique
We were introduced to the Venice area by family subsequently vacationing here through the years. We stayed at various complexes in time focusing on our current location as the nicest in our opinion. We're a part of a small community located on Venice Island located on a quieter section of beach. We were happy to purchase our unit in 2021 and have been delighted with it ever since. We feel spoiled to be here and are happy to now share our special home with others.
What do we like about Venice? Lazy beach town with quaint historic downtown area. We especially enjoy the many wonderful restaurants, saturday morning Farmer's Market, nearby parks, Audubon Rookery, various water/beach activities... What a delight to start the day with a jog down the beach ending the day with a sunset swim in the ocean. A short drive takes you to Sarasota, a wonderful harbor town offering a multitude of cultural, shopping and culinary offerings.
