Tucked away on a quiet Sunriver street, this spacious home is a perfect getaway for families or couples looking to relax and recharge. Enjoy top-notch amenities including a private hot tub, relaxing sauna, enclosed deck, cozy fireplace, and a bonus upstairs TV room ideal for movie nights or kid hangouts.

The main level features a comfy living room with a stone fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and gas cooktop, and a gas BBQ on the enclosed deck for grilling under the pines. On this level you'll find the two bedrooms. Bedroom one features a king bed, TV, and a private exit to the back patio. The second bedroom features a king bed.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has double twin bunk beds and the second bedroom has a twin over queen pyramid bunk. There is AC upstairs. Also on this level is the sun-filled loft with plush seating and a TV is perfect for winding down after a day of play. When you're ready to explore, bike the trails, float the Deschutes River, visit the Nature Center or Observatory, or spend the day at SHARC with waterslides, pools, and lazy river fun.

Dog-friendly for up to two pups (fee applies), this home is your basecamp for Sunriver adventure and relaxation.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Beautiful and peaceful spot! It worked out perfect for my young family and my parents. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was just a short bike to town and had easy and breathtaking walks around the water and golf course. Highly recommend!

Golf Course and Mountain View

Our family had a great stay. Good separation of space, nicely equipped, and very clean. The cruisers were perfect for our mixed age family. It was fun watching golfers and wildlife. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and spacious home. Nice hot tub and large driveway for multiple cars. Bikes were nice and rideable. Communal areas were large and the deck and grill were great. The indoor sauna was a nice surprise after a long day of activities. Bathrooms were very nice and kitchen was great. Would stay here again!

Peaceful Paradise!

We stayed here over the summer and it was absolutely perfect in every way! We had multiple generations here and it was so enjoyable for everyone. The view out the kitchen/dining/living room was stunning and all the walking paths were close by and were so peaceful and beautiful. It was a short and flat bike into the village. We loved the well stocked kitchen too! Perfect place and location!

Great Sunriver Getaway

Lovely home in an ideal location, with every thing you need for a Sunriver vacation. well stocked kitchen, lots of room and a great view of the 5th fairway. A real gem! Well managed with responsive property manager. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful week in the Meadowlark house. Great location on the golf course. Deck is fenced which helped with a toddler and our dog. We loved the bikes and SHARC passes - used them every day. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Like most rentals, the knives aren't sharp - easy to fix by bringing a sharpener. The property management was the best I've ever dealt with, and we've rented dozens of homes. Overall a fantastic experience - Sunriver is a perfect family vacation spot!
