Upscale decor with a casual feel. Huge sundeck off master bedroom, huge covered deck off great room, 2 more decks off the back.

Third floor has another king master bedroom with private bath and large sunning deck, 4 bunk beds for the kids, twins in last room, shared bathroom, laundry room. Ground floor has large foyer with lots of hooks for the beach towels, 5th bdrm/den w/Queen size pull-down Murphy Bed and full bath. Private patio off double doors. Outside has 2 car driveway, garage FULL of beach items for your use, propane grill as well as additional parking on side of bldg.

Best property on the beach for the price. Located in the middle of multi-million dollar homes. Great place for children and large families. Beach access is 100 steps with wheelchair/stroller ramps and lifeguard on duty. Dining, grocery shopping, arcade, Kure Beach fishing pier is 1 block away. Minutes from Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium and the Southport Ferry. Just a short drive to Wilmington, NC. entertainment center/ river walk, and Battleship NC.

This was our 11th year in this property, so that tells it all. Perfect location, the owner is great, and the layout is perfect for our group. There are plenty of bathrooms, too! I can't say enough about this property.

Just another incredible stay in Kure Beach with the family. LeeAnne is always on top of things. I informed her that the beach umbrellas were not there and she had 2 brand new ones delivered that next day. She thinks of all the little things, so you don't have to.

Everyone is Happy

This was an amazing stay for us. We've been in many VRBO and various rentals, but this had literally everything we could've wanted - beach toys, boogie boards, beach wagons. Just everything. It was so relaxing and had something for everyone. Went to aquarium, Ft. Fisher and museum, Wilmington, lots of good food. can't say enough!

the BEST host ever!

Property was just as described online with more amenities included than one could find at any other rental. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Ocean view and one street away from the beach, would definitely prioritize returning here for a future trip.

Perfect beach rental!

Absolutely gorgeous beach accommodation for a wonderful family getaway. We loved sitting on the upper deck and listening to the surf. Beautiful ocean view. Home is lovingly furnished and very clean! Location is the best!

We've stayed in this same property multiple times and it is great. Location is the best, half a block from the beach, with a view of the ocean. You are able to walk to several restaurants and the pier. The house is spacious and filled with light. It has everything a guest could need. Communication is great with Lea Anne.

Had an incredible weeks stay in Kure Beach. The accommodations were just minutes away from the beach. The owner accounted for every possible thing in the set up the house for us. Would and will be back again in 2023.

EXCELLENT in ALL AREAS!

We loved this property! Perfect for family and friends. Lee Anne was the best even with being a new property owner. We were there during the hurricane and she even came to check on us. We gave a couple recommendations and she was very accepting! THANKFUL to have a great social distanced vacation! GREAT WEEK in a GREAT HOME/LOCATION!

Awesome - Awesome - Awesome

Awesome location. Just steps from the beach. Lots of beach equipment. Just a block from the pier and restaurants . Unit is incredible. 3 master bedrooms with own bathrooms plus two additional bedrooms. Great deck for catching the morning sunrise. Served 9 adults easily with room to spare. Planning on booking this again next year but for two weeks. One week was just not enough time.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful rental had everything we needed for a fantastic week at Kure Beach! Plenty of room for our family of 10 to spread out in one of the two living areas or gather together on one of the large decks! The house was immaculate and accurately described., and for being on a relatively busy road it was really quiet! I also really appreciated that linens and towels were provided for our stay! You might think that this is automatic, but one of our previous rentals did not provide bed linens and we had to run to the store to purchase for all the beds! It was a hassle, especially after a very long day of travel and an unexpected expense! Lea Anne was accessible for any questions and was always quick to reply. On our way home she contacted me to say that she had found a laptop behind the couch cushions! My son was horrified to realized that he had forgotten his work computer! Lea Anne was so kind and gracious to head directly to the post office to have it overnighted to him! She definitely went above and beyond for us, taking time out of her busy schedule to literally save the day!!! We will definitely be back next year!!

Rough start

We traveled 4 hrs to the house arriving promptly at 4 PM , only to find the cleaning crew still onsite. I noticed one one the cleaning ladies sitting on a inside bench playing on her phone. Not good. We had a baby who needed attention. Unfortunately we had to sit in our vehicles until 450 pm when the cleaning crew finally departed. It was a hot week. Temperature was 95. The thermostat registered at 76 at 714pm. It was quite miserable. Only to discover after I paid in full the owner wanted us to set the thermostat at 72. She had a HVAC guy come in. He set the thermostat At 68. To cool things down. It took two days for the temp to reach 71/70. The to top it off , the third floors master bedroom had a balcony, but the door was busted so you couldn’t gain access. Again a maintenance crew came in several times interrupting our stay to fix the door. The owner continued to explain the the previous renters were very sloppy. ( not my problem ). The garage was fille with broken boards and rusty chairs. She replace the buggie boards. It was a constant interruption for three days. I waited until the last day to write this review in hopes of a small discount for our stay. But it never happened. Only to receive an apology. PS. I forgot to mention. The interruption of the bug sprayer guy on Wednesday, overall a very nice place, but too many interruptions.
