You’ll find luxury throughout as nothing was spared in this 2100 square foot treasure, featuring granite, stainless steel appliances, brand new tile floors and new carpeting on 3rd floor. Upscale decor with a casual feel. Huge sundeck off master bedroom, huge covered deck off great room, 2 more decks off the back.

Main living area on 2nd floor includes den, kitchen, pub table w/6 chairs,4 barstools, covered deck with table and 6 chairs, 1/2 bath and master king bedroom with private newly remodeled bathroom. Third floor has another king master bedroom with private bath and large sunning deck, 4 bunk beds for the kids, twins in last room, shared bathroom, laundry room. Ground floor has large foyer with lots of hooks for the beach towels, 5th bdrm/den w/Queen size pull-down Murphy Bed and full bath. Private patio off double doors. Outside has 2 car driveway, garage FULL of beach items for your use, propane grill as well as additional parking on side of bldg.

Best property on the beach for the price. Located in the middle of multi-million dollar homes. Great place for children and large families. Beach access is 100 steps with wheelchair/stroller ramps and lifeguard on duty. Dining, grocery shopping, arcade, Kure Beach fishing pier is 1 block away. Minutes from Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium and the Southport Ferry. Just a short drive to Wilmington, NC. entertainment center/ river walk, and Battleship NC.

Our 5th stay at 'Happy Ours' was just as amazing as the 1st! The close proximity to the beach, the pier and restaurants, you can't beat it! Plus the beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. House has everything you need and you feel right at home instantly. Can't wait to come back again!

We love this property because of it's location, size, and amenities. This year was the best yet! The owner is responsive and helpful if you need anything, but most of the time we dont need a thing. The view from the house is incredible! Our stay was very cold and windy but the view gave us the opportunity to still enjoy the beach. The house is just as described. Everything you need to have a great stay. Would love to go back again. Leann is a wonderful host!

The perfect place
