PET FRIENDLY
-5 pines on Ossie is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

- Lake Ossawinnamakee is known for great fishing! We recommend bringing your own fishing poles, rods, and gear so you have everything you need to enjoy the lake.
-Lake Ossawinnamakee also offers great swimming. Please note that, as with many Minnesota lakes, the shoreline and lake bottom can be somewhat mucky. We recommend bringing water shoes for a more comfortable experience.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

➝ A signed rental agreement and safely screening is required to book with us.
➝ Smoking is not allowed!
➝ Dock and water toy installation and removal are seasonal and based on weather conditions. Dock will be installed for Memorial Day weekend 2026. If you have any questions about when these amenities will be put in or taken out, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
