Hot tub listed for loft on vrbo but not allowed to use it

We were locked out of the property and had to contact vrbo. They have check in at 4 pm but close at 4:30 pm. They give you the code to get into loft but the gate is locked so it is useless. Tub/shower insert is old but clean. Beds are very comfortable. Not allowed to use hot tub. Need to go up a flight of stairs to get to loft. For the price we paid I am disappointed.

So nice!

Great loft with everything we needed. The setting is just stunning. We did a wine tasting there and played some bocce. In the morning we took a walk through the vineyards. So relaxing! Francesca was responsive and all went smoothly. Enjoyed lunch and shopping in nearby Kelseyville. Hope to return.

Our Stay

Gorgeous and super clean on the inside. Unbelievable views of the vineyard and rolling hills from every window. Photos on VRBO don’t do it justice. Highly recommend. Francesca was a pleasure to deal with.

The Vineyard Loft at Boatique Winery is owned by the Mount Family. They are a big, fun loving family who appreciate the beauty of Lake County and all the great options for wine tasting, hiking and relaxing. As the Property Manager, I love turning people on to Lake County. Most of the time I get to meet our guests when they come to the winery for a tasting which is always fun!

Why they chose this property

The Vineyard Loft is located on the Boatique Winery Estate in the Red Hills AVA. It's a beautiful area with vineyards, with majestic oak and pine trees, walnut orchards and in our case ancient olive trees. Plus there are great views of Mt. Konocti and the Snow Mountain Wilderness Range.

Located on the Boatique Winery Estate, the Vineyard Loft offers a chance to sleep amongst the vines. It is a peaceful, rural retreat. Intimate wine tasting experiences are available so you can enjoy the wines that come from the vines that surround you.
