Our Shredona Retreat is a 1/2 mile to Bell Rock and convenient to enjoy local shopping, restaurants, and rental shops for all your outdoor adventures! After a day of hitting the trails and seeing the Red Rocks, unwind with your favorite beverage by the community pool! This is truly a great condo to enjoy your next trip at!
Living Room: Recently updated and newly furnished, flat screen smart TV & wi-fi.
Kitchen: electric oven/stove-top, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, and stocked with your basic spices.
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, Flat Screen TV
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, Closet, Flat Screen TV
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
Amenities:
* A community pool (pool towels provided for your stay)
* A sports court
* Small work out room / Gym
* Charcoal BBQ grills (located just outside of the condo).
* Picnic tables located around the complex
* Community Laundry Room
*Although it is rarely shut down for maintenance, we cannot guarantee the pool will be open during your stay*
GETTING AROUND:
Walking distance to explore great hikes, food, art galleries, antique shops and unique boutique stores in Sedona. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay.
The Village Oak Creek is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is a short 15-minute drive to Uptown Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 35 minutes to Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, and only 2 hours from the Grand Canyon!
