Owner sold property and didn’t take it off Vrbo ! Got there with our groceries at 6pm no where to stay! What a nightmare

Hello, my apologies this happened to you, however, this error was on VRBO & not me. It happened in the past when I removed another listing which is why they gave you a 100% refund. It was their error. Again, sorry this happened but I will also be requesting this review to be removed based on this not being an error on my end. Thank you
