About this property

This recently renovated 3 Bedroom/3 Bath house on stilts can comfortably accommodate 10 with 1 queen in the master bedroom, 1 queen & 1 twin in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen & 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy all the comforts of home and slip "A Wave From It All". This beach house is on stilts is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and is only 350 feet from the beach. "A Wave From It All" features a spacious living room and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen and front & back porches with outdoor seating. All 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the main level and there is tile & LVP flooring throughout. There are Roku smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms as well the living room area and game room. Living room furniture and all mattresses were replaced in March 2023 along with a fresh coat of paint throughout. The ground level features a laundry room w/full size washer & dryer, beach & pool equipment, a full bathroom, game room and outdoor shower.

"A Wave From It All" has a private pool, free Wi-Fi and parking for at least 4 vehicles. Exterior of property is under 24 video surveillance.

Since "A Wave From It All" is only 350 feet from the beach, its only about a 2 minute walk or you can rent a golf cart for added convenience. Enjoy the outdoor seating on the porches or ground floor patio. A gas grill is also provided for your enjoyment. Located in the popular Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach, you will be in close proximity to all the must see entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions and shopping that our area has to offer!

Great quite stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a good location, the pool was nice but was not marked with how deep each end of the pool was. The pictures showed the game room to be bigger than it actually was. The laundry area was a little cluttered to get to the washer and dryer with beach chairs and toys. For the most part the house was clean, the master toilet had some feces stained in it, I had to take the toilet brush myself to clean out, and around the sink faucet was not cleaned very well. The porches are nice. The grill needs to be replaced, I told management that it was so rusted out that we couldn’t use it, she said they would contact maintenance to see if they had a loaner we could use, but I never heard anything else from them and there was not one brought to replace it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival had trouble getting into the property. Was instructed by realty company to hit schlage button before. You need to hit the schlage button before and after to open house. General housekeeping needs improvement. Some sort of equipment was laying by AC unit outside and grill was very dirty and has no lid. Pool was wonderful, location was wonderful.

Vacation

Overall, good experience. Pool was clean and convenient. The lower level and pool could use better lighting for hanging out after the sun goes down. Beach is just a minute walk away. Landscaping could be better, had to buy ant killer for the yard so kids were able to play. AC wasn’t able to stay cold overnight.
