Absolutely Amazing

This property is everything you would expect it to be! It’s beautiful inside and out and is very accommodating with the dishwasher, washer and dryer, and so many more suppliances! The pool was such a good entertainment spot as well with so much seating and space. We loved this property!

It has many things in bad condition the pool in poor condition the outside lights do not work the pool light is damaged and when you call the office they only tell you we will call you in a moment and they never return the call

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very relaxing trip. The house was big and spacious. Room for everyone! The kitchen was amazing.. the gas stove was super fast. We cooked most everyday here and enjoyed it every single time. There is also a pellet smoker we cooked off of the entire time. Nice pool! And we absolutely loved the balcony from the master bedroom. We would wake up and go directly out and sit for hours. And finish our night out there as well. Great stay! Highly recommended. My only con is that we had to do a little bit of cleaning when we got there. Fridge still had stuff in it. Had to sweep and wipe counters off... but our overall stay made up for that. It wasn’t a problem at all.

Ruined Spring Break

We booked this property for the outside amenities (pool, grill, seating) and when we arrived the pool was broken and everything was locked up. We communicated with the realtor several times that week and they never told us this. Inside there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty towels left in bathrooms. So instead of relaxing our first day we spent it cleaning. I spent over $100 on a tiny grill for cooking and dealt with upset children over not having a pool all week. My father can't physically make it to the beach and was looking forward to a pool as well. It took the realtor 6 days to even come up with some sort of answer for us. Not happy with the realtor or the owner of this property. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.
