The well-preserved Topsail State Park is nearby and can be observed from all three stories of Santa Rosa Beach House on 30A.

In addition, you’ll have access to two community pools and a fitness center. Enjoy the pond, in the heart of the community, which includes cypress trees and lily pads, perfect for a peaceful stroll around this quiet neighborhood.

The first floor features a cozy sitting area, complete with a desk and chair, as well as a guest room, queen, with a private ensuite bathroom. A second guest room, full, includes a Jack and Jill bathroom that leads back into the sitting area.
