Cozy apartment located in the Sassi district, 5 minutes walk from all the main attractions, quiet, functional and welcoming. The first level is a sunny open space, the second level hosts the two bedrooms and the second bathroom.
Free parkings and paid parkings are available few meters from the house.

It is equipped with wi-fi, washing machine, towels and sheets. Thanks to the natural cooling effect of the limestone during summer, there’s no need for air conditioning, especially during the hottest days the apartment will become a haven.

Via Casalnuovo is one of the few areas in the Sassi wards that was never affected by the 1952 special law that forced people to leave their homes/caves. This means that in Via Casalnuovo you can still find people who have always lived there, a touch of authenticity that is disappearing in the rest of the Sassi wards. Via Casalnuovo is the entrance to the Sasso Caveoso, between the modern city and the spectacular primitive landscape of the Murgia.
