Enjoy your stay at our one bedroom 2nd level walk-up condo located a short walk from Rathtrevor beach. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed & tv with steaming channels. The open concept living area features an electric fireplace, double size pullout couch with a memory foam mattress, full kitchen and dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee or a meal on the private balcony.

Resort amenities include outdoor pool (open seasonally), hot tub, children’s playground, tennis court and ramp access down to the beach.

In suite washer and dryer are provided. Free wifi and cable tv. Free parking available onsite in designated parking stall.

Good trail to beach a little steep but not bad. Fairly good overall location.

Great find in Parksville!

Unit was immaculately clean. Everything was very well supplied, especially the kitchen. Checkin was seamless and excellent communication from the host. Would definetely return for another great stay.... Loved it!

Beautiful condo, great location and excellent hosts.

We have stayed at Ocean Trails resort in the past and have booked through the resort as well as through a third party. We love the property, with a pool, hot tub and beach access. We chose this condo because it was priced lower than the website. The unit was sparkling clean and very well equipped. Rachael has put everything you might need there, as well as a few things you might have forgotten. There was ice in the freezer, cold water bottles in the fridge, coffee and tea, creamers, sugar, salt, pepper and even microwave popcorn. The towels and linens were top quality and the furniture is comfortable. There were toys, towels and chairs for the beach in case you forgot yours. Rachael was quick to respond to the few questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Summer Get-A-Way

This property was fantastic. Great suite/condo, pool is new and warm and hot tub and bathrooms in pool area. Clean, quiet and just a short walk to Rathtrevor beach. Property had everything you would need and a tennis court as a bonus. 2nd stay there and will look to book again. Thanks!
