Kitchen has everything you need to create the perfect meal and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The breakfast bar has 4 comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work area or for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The living room has a large spacious sectional couch with ottoman. The floating media center includes wall-mounted 75″ 4K TV that is perfect for watching movies. The dining room features a large table with 8 chairs that is ready to host all your friends.
The backyard is dreamy with tropical trees, tiki hut, screened in lanai, bar, and a private pool. The tiki hut features a large table with 6 chairs, plenty of ambient lighting, and an electric grill. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or work on your tan. The screened porch features a seating area with love seat, 2 chairs, and coffee table. The corner bar has 3 bar stools and is perfect for hosting a happy hour with friends.
The first master bedroom features a king bed, 2 nightstands, large dresser w/ mirror, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second master bedroom features a 65″ 4K television, work table with 2 chairs, nightstands, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms feature full beds, 2 nightstands, and closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of lighting.
At night, turn on the Tiki Bar lights and enjoy a few drinks for happy hour. There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are in walking distance from the property. There is so many things to do in the area that you'll never be bored!

There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are in walking distance from the property. Parking at the property is fantastic--The main driveway has enough room for two vehicles to park behind the electronic gate. A secondary driveway can fit a 25′ boat/trailer and also has an electronic gate. Both gates can be automatically opened and closed by remote control. In addition, there is plenty of parking along the street outside of the gate.
