Each room is eloquently decorated and conveniently functional. Guest has easy-to-access charging ports on every room and bedroom side table for all their electronics.

The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was very convenient to Arlington Cemetery and DC. It was tastefully remodeled yet very kid friendly with lots of open space. The snacks and kid toys made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great, clean property. I noticed the fresh clean smell when I walked in. The host was very communicative. Kitchen was nice. The steps in the front were a little steep but that is to be expected with and older home. Parking was fine to. I have no complaints about this home.

Comfortable and clean. The neighborhood felt safe with easy parking and accessible to all DC sites. Beds were comfy and kitchen/bathrooms were spotless with everything one might need, including plenty of towels. It was great having three bathrooms. There were a lot of stairs so this wouldn’t be the place for anyone with mobility issues.

This quiet home had plenty of space and was well stocked for our group of 5 to rest and eat in comfort while in the area to celebrate graduation at a DC university. A glitch in the cleaning process (fault of previous guest) was quickly addressed and resolved. Steve was proactive, responsive, and helpful.We would definitely stay here again when visiting DC!

The place was almost perfect for my family. The listing is accurate. The house is clean and pretty much has new kitchen appliances and bathrooms.I give 4-star to the cleanliness because the deck was not prepared for the guests. Leaves and small tree branches are on the floor. Nevertheless it is a decent place to stay, Steve was responsive. The house smells good.I also want to mention that the dryer took several cycles to dry the clothes. I don't know what is wrong but it seems like I was using it to dry delicates only. Maybe it needs gas if Arlington uses gas for dryers? With these imperfections I still will stay here when I visit DC in the future.

Steve’s house was a fantastic find for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Common areas were great, and the kitchen is equipped with every dish and utensil imaginable. The location is perfect for anyone on a DC visit— easy access to downtown and everything the city offers. Our only regret was that our stay was too short! Hopefully we’ll rectify that on our next visit. Five stars.

Nice VA stay!

My family and I came to VA for a family wedding, and needed a cozy spot for all 5 of us. This spot was perfect, the adults were all hpstairs and our adult kids were able to have their own space downstairs, TV and all. The house was very clean, then snacks and water were perfect (our plane was delayed) for our late arrival. The owner was fantastic in working with me and VRBO to add a night. Would definately book again if we find ourselves in VA again!

This house worked out great for our family’s visit to DC. It is nicely updated. Was very clean. Comfortable mattresses. Kitchen stocked with what we needed (we only ate breakfast there). Some nice amenities, including some snacks and waters and a fan in every bedroom. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Owner was responsive when we had a question.
