About this property

Walkable to ALL of Cocoa Village! From the restaurants, shops, and bars to the waterfront park; all are easily reached from the cottage. We themed the place with a Pacific Island theme to provide a different experience. We only use 14 inch thick King Sized memory foam beds! It is wheelchair accessible and PET FRIENDLY! Great for those who can't do stairs or have service animals. It includes a 40" long dog crate that will hold all breeds, even large breeds comfortably. Come visit Cocoa Village!
