This remodeled beach home has the most amazing oceanfront views. You will love this extra-large home with 3 large bedrooms, 2 remodeled baths, a gorgeous kitchen with state of the art appliances and a beautifully appointed Livingroom overlooking the ocean. Located at the end of the hallway on the 14th floor, you have privacy and space.

Have your morning coffee or favorite drink on the balcony, while you read a good book, catch the sun rising over the ocean, watch the dolphins, or check-out the beautiful Virginia Beach city skyline. Walk to restaurants, shops, marina and Rudee Inlet. You have everything you need to enjoy your vacation: surf, swim, fish, stroll along the sandy beach or just catch some sun.

It was a good location, on the beach. The kitchen was a b it small, but everything else was good as far as bathrooms. Parking and unloading was noty ideal as they only have one car unloading at a time and it was tight. The lack of a washer and dryer in the unit was disappointing, but a public laundry was available on another floor. Overall it was a good stay and even though it was a bit pricey, it was a good four days.

We loved our stay so much! The ample balcony was right on the beach, the beds comfy & clean, with beach accessories included. It was exactly what our family needed. Our hosts were also very accommodating & communicative. Id just recommend bringing your own sugar for the coffee & dishwasher solution unless you want to hand wash everything. Overall i was impressed & would like to come back for another stay

We stayed in this beautiful home because our son was competing in the Adidas Indoor National Track and Field meet. This was the perfect spot for him to rest and recover, and for us to cook some meals. The location was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable.

Absolutely everything about this property was wonderful, from initial communication to prompt replies, to a clean and comfortable property right on the beachfront. Wonderful views front and back, and we had the pleasure of seeing the sun rise over the ocean and a storm roll in over the ocean on another occasion. The only "negative" comment — and it is really not a negative at all — is that the laundry is not in the condominium but in the hallway shared by other residents. There is a small fee to use it.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Joshua2 right up to July 4 2026. The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful with views on both sides of the unit! Front view of Virginia Beach (condo is right on the beach& SUPER convenient)! Back side view is of the inlet and marina w/ beautiful sunsets! The condo is beautifully decorated in beach theme and very relaxing! It has everything you need from ice, to coffee pot a kerig & cups, toaster, tea pot pots pans etc. the host were very responsive to questions. Taking the elevator down to the beach was incredibly convenient. We could go upstairs for lunch without needing to pack a ton of beach stuff. We loved relaxing on the balconies and people watching. Nearly everything on the strip is walking distance. Tourists shops are all over, convenience stores and so many great restaurants! If you like Mexican try Sidestreet Cantina on 11th street it was delicious & is a family owned business! Overall 10/10 location would DEFINITELY stay here again!Thank you!

The reservation process was great. They had very good communication before we got there. The information guides they provided were super helpful. Check in was easy but we had a little trouble with the parking garage entry. There was some confusion of the code to use to get in. The condo was beautiful and the views from all sides were very nice. One thing you should do before you get there is check out the events happening on the beach or near the beach where you are. We were not aware of a festival going on the weekend before we got there and beach access was closed for two days so we had to walk a bit to be able to get on the beach. One of the reasons we chose this place because it was right on the beach and we could get there from our building. The elevators works great and we didn’t have to wait a long time for them to get to the floor. The kitchen was stocked with all things we needed to make meals. Beach chairs, and umbrellas were also available to use, but you could also rent them when you get to the beach, if you didn’t want to carry them. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful view of the Atlantic and the Boardwalk out the front and from the bedrooms a gorgeous view of the boats. You can see both the sun rise and set from this condo! Very clean!
