About this property

Welcome to Aspen Leaf Retreat (LIc. #035766.) Nestled in the Twin Creek Village neighborhood, our home is close to stores, restaurants and other amenities, yet private enough to feel away from it all. Our 3BR/2BA home has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious great room complete with Direct TV and a woodburning stove, new deck, and two patio spaces for outdoor dining, or just to enjoy the peaceful view! Minutes from hiking, biking, fishing, and horseback riding. No smoking and no pets.
The space
Our house has three bedrooms and two full baths along with a eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook during your stay. We also have a wood burning stove in the great room, a grill outside and games, puzzles, and toys to keep the whole family happy during your stay.

We are a fun, interactive family who loves to travel, ski, hike, fish and spend time in Colorado.

Why they chose this property

We are located in the Twin Creeks neighborhood of Pagosa Lakes only a few miles from City Market, Walmart, and many great restaurants and brewpubs. Downtown Pagosa Springs and its world famous hot springs are a short drive away. As for outdoor pursuits, horseback stables are within sight, multiple lakes are within a few miles for boating, fishing and kayaking. Turkey Springs trailhead nearby provides easy access to biking, hiking, and ATV trails. Wolf Creek ski area that touts itself as having “The Most Snow in Colorado” is about 30 miles away.
