Sweet two-story townhome centrally located in beautiful Pagosa Springs. Relax and watch the world go by with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the front porch. The park and boat area, used by local residents to launch their canoes or paddle boards, is just a short walk up the street. Great neighborhood to take a family walk with the dog and see all angles and views of the lake. Play lawn games in the grassy backyard, equipped with a charcoal grill and direct access to the kitchen for easy use. For snowy days, cozy up with family and friends and enjoy a cup of cocoa and lots of board games.

The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, a short 2.5 mile drive away, can be accessed for a small fee. The Rec Center has a pool, hot tub, workout facility, racquetball court, sand volleyball court, and small playground outside. There are neighborhood tennis courts, parks, playgrounds and a free putt putt golf course. Pagosa Springs is known for world class Hot Springs and the San Juan River, which runs through downtown, offers fun tubing and excellent fishing. Nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area boasts epic snowfall beloved by powder hounds.

Location, location, location..,

The location was close to everything, but the traffic in the neighborhood was terrible. Was told the through traffic normally used a road that was being re-paved and it wasn’t usually this busy. But it is a neighborhood where the houses are very close together.

Great Getaway Place
