Spacious, large kitchen, comfy bed, washer/dryer, very clean and well equipped. Love the location, can walk to everything downtown. 2 parking spaces. Would definitely like to stay here again.
If you are looking for a place in the central part of the town, this is it. The kitchen was fully equipped. Nice cutting knife’s. Walking distance to the springs, restaurants, brewery’s and shops.
The location of this rental was perfect it was walking distance to many shops and restaurants and it was the perfect size for my boyfriend, I and our 2 little dogs.
very nicely appointed little house in town. amenities were great. nice bathroom with great towels, fully outfitted kitchen, very comfortable large bed. ceiling fans and A/C were on when I arrived for a very pleasant welcome. hosts were responsive, flexible, and accommodating when I was delayed because of work. Great location in the center of town but since the house in not on the main road, it was quiet and did not feel busy around the property. easy check in and out. great spot, will stay again.
This little house on the alley exceeded our expectations. It was very cozy and comfortable including the bed and living space. They had everything we needed including a K-cup coffee maker. We would definitely stay here when we visit Pagosa Springs again. Thank you!
Great location, right in the center of historic downtown.
A perfect get away for a couple and possibly an additional person on the pull out bed. The house did not feel small and had everything you needed for a perfect stay. So close to dining, the town park, tubing and the springs.
Have stayed multiple times here. Always a pleasant experience and can’t beat the downtown location. Host is very responsive - appreciated her getting an iron for us as we were here for a special event.
We had a great experience staying here. The one bedroom, one bath detached property was perfect for us! Cozy, close to the action, everything we needed. Thanks!
