Perfect location right in the middle of downtown. The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials. Super clean and the extra comfy bed made for a wonderful, relaxing stay.
Mill Street Suite was very charming and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for our hiking expeditions and so convenient to go downstairs and grab a good meal. Would highly recommend this place.
The Mill Street Suite was perfect for a short getaway. We really enjoy Utica’s small town charm and offerings. We were able to enjoy a relaxing afternoon on Mill Street, a nice dinner and a hike at Starved Rock.
Place was great!! So clean!! Location was wonderful! We had a great time exploring and hiking! Everything was easy to get to and find! We loved Mill Street and the outdoor dining!

Very pleasant apartment for the night ... great lighting options and all around pleasant space.
Loved the fireplace!
The property was nice and looks like photos. It was a good place to stay while near Starved Rock. It may have been due to our last minute booking, but we did not receive info from the host regarding check in / check out procedure and wifi access prior to our arrival. However, the host was quick to respond when info was requested.
Everything was great! There was a fun block party and live band playing in the streets below and my husband and I were worried there would be too much noise, but it was really quiet. Cute, walkable neighborhood with lots of dining and local shops.
Our stay at the Mill St. Suite is always a welcome respite from the road. We have stayed here multiple times and are always pleased with the cleanliness and amenities it offers. The host is friendly and quick to respond. The only hesitation in leaving a review is that we’d rather like to keep this little gem our secret!
Excellent location. Above restaurant/bar but noise not an issue. Comfortable bed & large sectional. More of a studio since no separate room for bed. Must carry luggage up stairs. Large whirlpool tub/shower was running out of hot water before jets could be run in tub. Nice that basic condiments (spices, oils, sugar/flour) & coffee furnished No dishwasher but an apartment sized fridge in addition to reg. refrigerator was out of place, along with dated stove. That being said was a perfect place to stay downtown & would recommend
Stayed overnight at Mill Street Suite while exploring Starved Rock and Mathiessen state parks. It was a cozy and comfortable experience in an extremely convenient location next to both state parks (just a few miles down the road) and on Mill Street next to several eating and drinking establishments. Went to Bruce and Ollie’s across the street for coffee, sandwiches, and ice cream multiple times during our stay. The suite was well appointed and updated with all the amenities anyone can need. And check in/check out was super simple. We will stay here again next time we are in the area. Highly recommended!
