Choose to relax in a tucked away golf course neighborhood inside a fully furnished spacious
open floor plan duplex home 3 Bed/2.5 Bath/2 car garage/ 2 level home fenced yard with lanai in
Ewa Beach. The home is in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our home is pet friendly with
an added deposit; there is a private dog park within walking distance of the home. The home is
within walking distance of historic Ewa Parks.

The first-floor kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. Throughout 1st
floor has newly installed beautiful vinyl flooring. The garage offers storage options and holds a
large load-stacked washer and dryer. The second floor has soft carpet throughout the closet, the
master has an attached bathroom, and two additional bedrooms on that floor utilize a shared
bathroom. The second floor has a loft area with a desk and lamp.
