You will be amazed with the view right away! As you settle in, you will see we have put a lot of effort in making this condo clean and comfortable for everyone. The property is very well maintained although the building/property (not condo) did sustain a bit of hurricane Ian damage. The building offers a gated access, parking garage, Free Trolly to downtown dining area, pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, tennis/pickle ball court, BBQ grills, game room, river access for fishing, etc. There is a billiards room, theater room and cabanas which are under construction from hurricane damage on the first floor.
My wife and I purchased this condo in March of 2023 and intend to use it some of the time as well. We have replaced a lot of the furniture and have upgraded both master bedrooms to KING beds!

Porch is completely screened, but also has glass windows that can be open when the weather is nice, or close them all and leave the doors to the porch open to allow AC to keep you cool. It adds a lot of living space.
We provide Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner, Dove Bar Soap and body wash, Dial Foam hand soap, Charmin TP, Bounty paper towels, Puff Plus tissues, Tide Laundry detergent, etc.
In the outdoor storage, you will find 2 sets of men's golf clubs, 4 beach chairs, fishing poles and tackle, folding chairs for fishing, and some toys for the young ones.
Please ask questions if you have them. The association restricts us to a 30 minimum rental and an online background check is required ($100 fee) for all renters. The association makes the approvals.
