Thoughtful touches are found throughout the home: a first floor guest suite, two bedrooms on the second floor: a Master suite with a whirlpool tub and a guest suite, and a third floor bunk room. Each bedroom opens to its own private balcony and television. Coastal breezes can be enjoyed on any of the six exterior porches and decks, each of which are furnished with a sitting area. Perfect for Bachlorette parties!!

*First floor King sized bed with a shared bathroom, shower only. This bedroom also has a private exit to the back yard area and has easy access to the kitchen and living area.
*Second floor King Guest room, on the front of the home with balcony access overlooking the parking area, private ensuite bathroom with a tub shower combo. This spacious room will be appreciated by those that have a need to spread out.
*Second floor King Master with private balcony access and a private Master ensuite with a jetted tub, stand alone shower and double vanity. Well suited for those that need space and privacy.
*Third floor Bunk room with a Twin over Queen bunk with a Queen Trundle and Two Twin beds, access to the top floor, sun bathing porch. This bedroom also has a dressing area with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom.

All of this, along with a fully stocked kitchen and open living space that is great for entertaining the entire bunch, this home is a great choice for your group to relax in! Convenience abounds for this prime location, just steps to the Seacrest Beach resort-style pool and cafe, and close to the dining and retail options in both Rosemary Beach and The Village of South Walton. As a bonus, once you reserve you will have the choice of additional beach gear to choose from. A credit will be sent to use on the beach gear website and the choice of items is up to you. Credit amount is based on the length of your stay.

This home has parking for four vehicles. There is a Seacrest Beach Tram available to ride to the beach. Tram stop is right outside the door. Golf carts are not allowed in this community.
