This cabin is so cozy and nestled in a private corner of a 12-acre lot. Featuring a large king bed and private hot tub, along with an outdoor private fire pit. Come for the caves, stay for a little privacy.

What started as a blank 12-acre lot ended up being a hand-crafted couples cabin.

COZY UP
Inside you will find a good size, accommodating living area & a small, but fully-stocked kitchen. Nature is integrated throughout with paintings from local artists, and views of a private yard and the Hocking Hills forest. If you happen to get bored, you'll find some books and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

REST + RECHARGE
Climb up onto your oversize, hand-crafted king bed frame. It's been stocked with plenty of pillows of varying softness for your comfort.

GET OUTSIDE
Step outside the master bedroom onto your own deck with rocking chairs to sit back and enjoy nature. Enjoy the seclusion and privacy afforded by the abundant greenery. Get cozy around your private fire pit stocked by yours truly, with fallen wood from the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This cabin is situated in a secluded, wooded area with some hills, low branches, and other lightly potential dangers.

Secluded in the heart of Hocking Hills, The Great Frontier is only 6 miles from Old Man's Cave & the Hocking Hills Visitor Center. Easily access all that the area has to offer.

Note: Our well water is filtered and safe for consumption, however, some guests may prefer to bring their own water.
Please read all house rules below carefully. Failure to follow our rules that result in damage to any of our property or items could result in an additional cleaning fee or a charge to replace or repair damaged items, as well as an early departure from your stay without a refund.

- You must be 25 years old, or older, to book.
- You may not book this house on behalf of anyone else.
- No smoking (anything) inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee post-checkout.
- Please remove any dirty shoes while inside the house
- Maximum of 5 adult guests. Bringing more than 5 guests will result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am. Not respecting quiet hours could result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- No parties or events of any sort. This is a strict rule from Airbnb. Evidence of parties or events will result in an early end to your stay with no refund, and an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee.
- Do not move furniture in any of the rooms in the house.
- Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets.
- No pets are allowed on this property. If we find out there are pets in the house, this will result in an early end to your stay with no refund. Evidence of pets in the house after your stay will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee after check out.
- You are welcome to enjoy our games, toys, and workstation. Please return all items to the same place and condition as it was found when you arrived.
- We understand that accidents happen. Kids get into stuff, people trip, items get dropped, etc. If something happens, please let us know right away. It is much easier to come to a solution knowing ahead of time than to discover issues during cleaning.
