Welcome! Our three bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps up to 6 guests. When you walk into this one floor ranch, you will enter into an open living room, dining room and kitchen. In this area of the house there is an L-shaped couch, a kitchen table that has a built in leaf to expand and fit up to 6 guests as well as two bar stools at the kitchen island. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Down the hall there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a standup shower. Bedroom number two has a queen sized bed and bedroom number three has a full.

The house has central a/c with a mini split in each room of the house. Step out of the slider onto a 12’x24’ deck with an outdoor shower, gas grill and a private, fully fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors.

We are 2/10 of a mile from Cahoon Beach Landing, (on Long Pond), and 10 minutes from the Oceanside Beaches.

One dog is welcome, for an additional pet fee of $150. Cleaning fee is $250. Linens and towels are included. This is a Saturday-Saturday rental only.

The house is located 5 minutes from East Harwich’s downtown area which has shopping and dining. Located 2 minutes from the highway, 10 minutes from Orleans and 20 minutes to Hyannis. Being centrally located, you will be close to swimming, shopping, walking trails, and dining. Spend the day relaxing at the beach, or take a quick 45 minute drive to spend the day in Provincetown.

With a fully stocked kitchen and all linens included, just bring your beach chairs and enjoy a week or more of relaxing on beautiful Cape Cod!
