Recently renovated Historic Cottage in the perfect Cape Cod Location.
We spent a week with our Family of 6 and it was the perfect location. The nearby and beatiful town of Orleans has everything you're looking for in a Cape Vacation. Homemade Ice Creams shops, fresh seafood restaurants, bakeries, candy shops, boutiques, sports stores and plenty of markets. The Orleans Cape Cod League Baseball park is right down the street. Nauset beach is 10 minutes in one direction and the the Bay beaches are 10 minutes in the other direction. Orleans is half way up the Cape, so you are right in the middle of everything. We have stayed in many Cape towns, and you cannot beat this location for our family. Nicole was very responsive and the house is exactly what a Cape Cottage should be. Clean and modern, but still rustic. The place is loaded with televisions (including subscription services) and the wifi works great. The yard is large and I loved the outdoor shower. The only minor issues are that the smallest bedroom does get quite warm on hot days and the staircases won't work for people with mobility issues (although there are 2 bedrooms on the main floor). All in all it was the perfect vacation home in the perfect location for my family. Nothing is far and everything is easy, just like a vacation should be!
