Walk about fifty yards to the association staircase and about thirty stairs down to the famous Nauset Beach, which features more than ten miles of sandy beach stretching from Orleans to Chatham. Our large property and spacious house will serve as the perfect home base for your group as you spend your summer days soaking up the sun on this amazing stretch of beach. There are five bedrooms that sleep ten guests comfortably, as well as two and a half bathrooms. The first floor features a king bed a two twin beds, the second floor one queen and two twins, and the basement one king plus a sleeper sofa. Cozy and picturesque

Great weekend with family!

The house and property were very nice - clean, plenty of space, nice dinner table for the group, and porch/deck for outdoor lounging. It ended up being cold and stormy so we spent more time indoors than hoped. Incredible to see so many seals just past the breakers. Beautiful neighborhood for long walks. Note that beach access is about 50 yards to the left when looking at the ocean. It looks like someone’s driveway but actually is public access to the beach.

Charming Cape Cod weekend

Our recent weekend rental in this property provided us with a charming getaway, here is brief overview of our experience. One aspect that pleasantly surprised us was the house was ready for us even though we arrived 2 hours early. It was a definite plus to be able to settle into the house and start enjoying our family weekend. A standout feature of the rental was the well stocked kitchen. It made cooking a breeze, the spacious layout of the kitchen also accommodated multiple people working together comfortably. However, there are a few considerations that caught us off guard. First, we discovered upon arrival that dog were not allowed on the beach, this was a disappointment as we had hoped to bring our furry friend along to the beach. Additionally, the steep stairs leading to the beach posed a challenge for families with small children or elderly members. The beach is beautiful and quiet. We also noticed that the entrance of the house would benefit from some yard work and was a bit narrow, however once inside, the rental proved to be comfortable and inviting.

Great vacation!

This home was perfect for our off-season escape to the Cape! It was very clean and comfortable and had beautiful views of the water. The neighborhood was very quiet, but also convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. We definitely would stay here again!

Large house and great location

This was the perfect VRBO to bring together my extended family... it was spacious, with multiple rooms for people to gather. The house was clean and stocked with most essentials. The location was great too... a short walk to the community stairs provided great access to Nauset Beach and the cove. We would definitely return to the house... thanks!
