Could not have dreamed of a more beautiful view! Catching the sunrise is a must. The private access to the beach and unobstructed view of the ocean is amazing. Description and photos are right on. The host provided check in information and detailed instructions in advance, made us feel very welcome. If we ever visit Chatham again we will plan our timing around being able to stay here.

Amazing views. It is a comfortable, well stocked and decorated house. It has access to a beach which is protected by a barrier island, so the ocean is very calm.

Beautiful home with the most amazing property. Perfect for our girls trip of three women with each bedroom comfortable and private with gorgeous views from all. Living area and kitchen were well equipped and the entire home seems recently remodeled with very nice finishes and artwork throughout. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

The beach, views from the house, and all the amenities are perfect! We stayed at this house quite a few years ago and loved it then, and it's just as lovely if not more so, now. We can't wait to return!

The house was very comfortable and loved that all 3 bedrooms had amazing water views and their own bathroom!! Unfortunately the weather was unseasonably chilly the weekend we stayed so did not get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor shower, deck and kayaks etc! We did walk the private beach our last morning. Greg was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! We hope to return soon!

** Spectacular home with Amazing views and beach **

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this stunning, incredibly well cared for home in the beautiful neighborhood of North Chatham. Location cannot be beat - close to downtown but in the quiet and privacy of a beachfront home. Our favorite VRBO rental by a landslide.

Our stay was lovely. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The home is beautiful and beautifully situated. The decor is extremely tasteful and the lighting is perfect -- making the home as warm and inviting at night as it is during the day. All in all -- a wonderful experience!

Perfect house for a Much needed vacation !!

This property was very beautiful ! The house itself was perfectly decorated, so clean and cozy, stocked with all the essentials. Gorgeous views of the beach from all the windows. It was soo relaxing and beautiful that it was very hard to leave.

Idyllic property!

This is a lovely property - the reality exceeds even the great pictures online. We found all aspects of the home well equipped, and greatly enjoyed the beach-front location, with opportunities to read a book in the porch swing, kayak on the harbor and on and on and on.

Breathtaking Views and Amazing Beachside Location

This is a house with quintessential Cape Cod charm and a location that can’t be beat! Greg was very responsive to a few small questions. Easy access to Chatham with restaurants and shopping - if you can tear yourself away from the view! My family (including our teenagers) will remember our stay here for a long time to come!

Everything you need to chill

You can easily stay here all week. This property has everything you need to chill and relax! You can swim, sun bathe, kayak, paddle board and wine and dine while looking at a beautiful ocean the whole time.

Great second stay

We have now stayed at this property for several weeks in multiple years. It is consistently a perfect cape cod get away. Perfect weather with nice sea breezes, wetlands with birds and other interesting animals, and immediate access to the beach with uninterrupted views. Chatham is a great place to settle into as well - very well manicured and uncrowded, with all services needed in the immediate vicinity.

Views that delight

Sweeping views of the water from every room. Well appointed and we loved the use of the kayaks and SUPs. Scenery can’t be beat! The only thing I would say is that if you’re planning on swimming in the salt ponds- they are very shallow and muddy. The surrounding neighborhood was great for walks and very close to town by car. We enjoyed our stay!

We are on Chatham Harbor with Ocean waves at high tide with a wide beach. Enjoy our 5 white poly Adirondack chairs at the Harbor edge. Spring/ extra high tides fill our 1/2 acre salt pond out front, making it the perfect kiddy pool or practice pond for kayaks, SUP's. It has a sandy edge on the South side but is shallow water 8" to 4' especially in later Summer. As a former marsh, it has an organic soil bottom in other areas away from the sandy beach and harbor waves/ South side. The Striper fishing on inbound tides, just off our beach is legendary.

Chatham Getaway

The house was beyond our expectations in terms of cleanliness, decor, location, amenities, and support from the owner. The private beach was lovely in April, and we can only imagine what it would be like in the summer months. It's perfect for a smaller family; our boys (11 and 14) loved exploring the beach daily. You won't regret booking this location if you have the chance. Greg (the owner) was available to answer questions and offer ideas for sightseeing, making us feel right at home. We hope we'll find the time to book another stay at this Chatham gem!

Magic

We have been vacationing in Chatham for 23 years and come twice a year. We added this property for a winter celebration and it is every bit a five star experience unless there is the possibility of adding stars! The view is pure bliss...every day, all day. The home has absolutely everything you could need, inside and out. All the reviews are true...sunrises, birding, beach walking or just sitting and looking out the window. This is the place. Can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous property in enchanting Cape Cod setting

A lovely, well-equipped house, in quiet location, enjoying fabulous views and close to the beautiful town of Chatham as well as affording direct access to a spectacular beach. The host was very helpful, prompt and courteous, especially with restaurant, museum and shopping recommendations, very useful as we had some mixed weather. The online description matched reality as the house was spacious (three good size bedrooms) and in tip-top condition. Furnishings were comfortable and complemented by lots of original artwork. Good bathrooms with lots of hot water. Well-equipped kitchen and brand new (huge) Samsung TV. We were delighted by our stay.

Perfection

A perfect home to spend our week of vacation with friends. Comfy beds, sheets, pillows, couches and chairs. Two master suites were great. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need except food and drinks. Great location near all the best towns. Beautiful view and great walking on beach or around neighborhood. We saw a coywolf across the street! As well as bunnies, turkeys, seals and lots of birds. Highly recommended.

Commanding view

This property is "as advertised". The view here is commanding to say the least - beautiful views right on the beach from 3 sides. Hard to get any better honestly. The house itself is also good. Three functional bedrooms with three full baths - perfect for extended family, grown children, etc. It is a bit unique in being "upside down" with bedrooms on the 1st level, but we got used to this. Beyond the view, perhaps the best part is the area. Chatham is probably the most picturesque/upscale town on the cape. Walking in the area is uncluttered, well landscaped, upscale houses and business, and generally just pleasant peace and quiet. Stores are very close including an upscale grocery store, CVS, and all sorts of unique and delicious restaurants. Recommend booking with confidence.
