A really cute cottage in a fabulous location! We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the neighborhood. The bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs which wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen was well-equipped and the furnishings were comfortable.
We’ve stayed at Tom’s place three years running because it is the perfect place to stay in Chatham. Just off downtown and a short walk to Oyster Pond, it can’t be beat.
Tom is easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
Being in our 50's we didn't want to be out all night but we aren't dead yet. Chatham is a beautiful little town and this place is in a great spot. Tom went above and beyond with communication and his recommendations were great.
I rented this cottage for myself and two friends to extend a celebration with high school classmates in Kansas. I've been to Chatham many times so I knew the location would be perfect. We could walk to get coffee every morning and to the Squire - my favorite for chowder. Though we didn't cook, the house was well equipped for any meals you want to fix. It was clean and charming. I would definitely rent from Tom again!
This was our family’s third year in this property and it never disappoints. Right in town, close to Oyster Pond and Lighthouse Beach, and the cottage has everything you would need for a week. Looking forward to returning next summer.
Beautiful house, perfect location, in the best spot on the Cape! We had another wonderful vacation in Chatham thanks to this absolutely great home. It was all that we needed and exactly as it was presented in the listing. The location could not be better, the house is darling and the neighborhood is ideallic! Not a thing to say other than it was a perfect week. Cannot wait to rebook!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect for any family with 3-4 kids. Lovely home, plenty of space to relax. Loved the books and puzzles for kids of all ages. Very nice grill outside. Easy walk to Chatham shops, the windmill tour and park, and Oyster Pond. Highly recommend!
This. house was absolutely perfect. The walk to town was easy and quick and we were able to walk to to the beach. The house was exactly as advertised, cute and quaint in a lovely neighborhood. Perfect for our family. We will be coming back!
We enjoyed location close to town and beach.needed more instructions on air conditioner. Was 91 in upstairs bedrooms even with windows opened.care taker came that evening to help out. Comfortable living r,oom. Narrow stairs difficult for elderly mom.
We had a wonderful time staying in this cottage. It’s in a great location just a five minute walk from town. We didn’t have a car, and we were able to walk everywhere in Chatham. It’s about a mile to the lighthouse, and even less to the fish pier and beach. We heard no noise the whole time we were there (four nights), and we saw only two cars drive by the entire time.
The cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside — good size living room, dining room, and kitchen plus a lovely sunroom on the first floor. Upstairs are two decent size bedrooms. The bathroom is downstairs and has a powerful shower and lots of hot water. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The decor is typical Chatham (nautical) and full of charm. The furniture is comfortable. We just loved it!

Perfect home for a family visiting the Cape
We arrived from the West coast for our first ever visit to Cape Cod! We landed at Logan on Frdiay late afternoon and drove immediately to this home - our new home for the next 4 nights! It was perfect in every way! Having never stayed on the Cape, we learned that we needed to rent linens! Tom immediately gave me the names of two companies to make arrangements for renting linens and they were waiting at the door when we arrived! Seamlessly!
The home was perfect! Charming decor, artfully furnished, and well equipped with everything you need, sans a hairdryer and toiletries such as soap and shampoo! Not a big issue but apparently another difference between renting homes on the West coast which come with linens and toiletries! The washer/ dryer in the kitchen came in handy! The beds were comfortable as was the Livingston furniture. The home is also well lit with lights for reading, playing cards, or dining in the livingroom!
I'd come back here in a heartbeat!
A very comfortable property for our early spring visit! Everything was just as represented. Very close to center of town and walkable. Very pleasant neighborhood. We’d definitely stay again!
Tom is a terrific host! Very communicative and easy going … well-organized & clearly takes a lot of pride in ensuring an enjoyable stay for guests. The home is comfy, Cape living … just big enough for family if 4. One bathroom is only drawback … but makes for fun livin’. Great location. Would definitely come back!
