Check in to this beautifully renovated West Chatham ranch, located south of 28 on a quiet cul-de-sac perfect for families to relax and unwind after a day at one of Chatham's many pristine beaches. Located 1 mile from Ridgevale Beach and walking distance to many of the local amenities, restaurants, and shops. The bike rail trail entry is .2 miles away and 2 miles from downtown Chatham.

The open concept home features vaulted ceilings and a fully equip stainless steel/granite kitchen with 4 seat breakfast bar. The patio hosts a Weber gas grill with a large table for 6 plus two loungers. The dining room table seats 4 with a leaf for 6.

The home offers a king bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite. There are two extra bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full/twin bunk bed and trundle.

A partially finished basement with sectional, wall-mounted flat screen, office, and laundry room allows for a separate living area.

Note: Linens and towels are not provided, but are available for rental locally with delivery included. Or, we can provide linens for an additional fee.

As previously noted, this is a lovely home — a relaxing spot with plenty of amenities. It’s in a great location, and we really appreciated the helpful information in the Welcome Packet.The outdoor space is a highlight, with a grill, large table, and an amazing outdoor shower. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and silverware, which made meals easy and enjoyable.The hosts were incredibly responsive. We truly hope to return for a longer stay. Exceptional Experience All Around!

We just stayed in this beautiful home for 2 weeks and it was such a wonderful experience. It is by FAR the best home we have stayed in on VRBO. This house is in a perfect location, is immaculately clean, beds are super comfortable, has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, has beach chars, bikes, toys for the kids... really really lovely. The owners are warm and welcoming... my family loved this home!

Great cape house

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is a nice little private backyard and the kids loved the swing. There were so many toys for my children it was great, especially on a rainy day. Close to the beach which was a plus. Highly recommend!

Lovely Chatham home

We loved this place. It was well-appointed for kids with plenty of toys, books, and an adorable bunk-bed room. The outdoor shower was delightful. The house was clean and decorated beautifully, and the beds were comfortable. The house was walking distance from some restaurants and a short drive to downtown Chatham and several beaches. Would highly recommend.

After reading all the reviews, I was confident about this house but expected a few negatives...Didn't find one! This is a GREAT HOUSE. Beds were great, kitchen was fully stocked and everything seemed updated or brand new from the decor to the brand new poker set (my boys enjoyed immensely!). Highly recommend if you come to the Cape!

There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space. We enjoyed playing games in the living room with the extra large couch. The backyard and grill was perfect for outdoor dining. The garage was filled with anything you could possibly need for the beach. Easy driving to Main Street Chatham and Ridgevale beach. Would definitely stay again!! The home was fully equipped with all of the conveniences you would need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

Summer 2024

We absolutely loved our summer family vacation at this charming house! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family (the finished basement was such a huge bonus!), providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We can't say enough about how clean, cozy & inviting this home is. We definitely enjoyed the private patio & backyard area (with a great outdoor shower!). The location was fantastic- neighborhood is friendly & safe, close to the beaches, local shops, etc... The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cape vacation! We can't wait to come back next summer!

Great House and Vacation

This property was awesome. We loved it. The owners thought of everything. From a well stocked kitchen to toys galore. The swing was a big hit as was the lower level toy room. And...the flight path from the small Chatham airport brought the small planes over the yard. Our grandsons absolutely loved this, they ran outside to wave every time they heard one coming. This wasn't that often, so readers, don't worry about noise. Great house, very comfortable, don't hesitate to stay here. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Michelle.

Simply delightful!

It was a spur of the moment decision to vacation at the Cape. We contacted Michelle and were able to lock down reservations immediately! She was so helpful and informative in making our trip work and engaging a few more unexpected days stay. This house has every appointment one could ask for on vacation or in daily living. The owners thought of everything! It's a great location...five minutes to quaint Main Street in Chatham, ten minutes to Harwichport to seal tours and the ferry to Nantucket, and 30 minutes to Nauset Light/ Marconi Beach. And, a quick hop to the Corner Market or Stop & Shop. Highly recommend whether it's just the two of you or for a family. Don't worry about lugging all the beach stuff in your car; it's all in the garage from a beach caddy, chairs to toddler toys! Wonderful owners to work with and a cozy, comfortable home! Hope to return again!

Comfortable, attractive, convenient

We traveled to Chatham for a wedding weekend and needed a place that could accommodate all six of us (parents + 4 adult children). The house and property are really lovely and truly have every fun thing a family could want, from bikes to games to beach gear. There's even a hammock! The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to prepare & serve a meal. It's a little far to walk into town, but everything is still so close. Do not follow my lead and leave reading the Welcome Packet to the day you arrive. I had to scramble to rent sheets and towels! Shout out to Chatham Concierge, who was incredibly responsive and pleasant. I understand now that this is common practice for VRBOs on the Cape, but when I have done prior home shares the sheets and towels were included. My fault for not reading the comprehensive materials timely: this info was right there in the Welcome Packet. The only thing that doesn't sit well and I still have to figure out is that the prices listed by the owners don't match the charges by VRBO - there's a $400 difference. This is certainly a VRBO problem (not the owners) and I will take it up with them. The upshot is that Michelle and Phil provide a beautiful and comfortable home away from home, and you will be delighted with your stay.

Perfect Stay in Chatham!

We loved staying here! It is decorated so nice and the rooms are bigger than the pictures. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. We were attending a wedding in Harwichport and the location was perfect. We also got to enjoy spending a little time visiting Chatham Bars Inn and the Lighthouse. Main Street is right around the corner too. Hope to come back and stay another time!!!
