Pet Friendly! Two bedroom luxury vacation condo on second floor of home in the heart of Chatham Village! Head up the stairs to find a lovely deck with cafe table and gas grill. Open the door to your little piece of heaven: the open floor plan boasts a gourmet kitchen, including a breakfast bar for 2 and a table that seats 4, skylights, living area with flat screen TV, DVD, high-speed internet access, and central air. There are 2 master suites: one on each side of the living area-offering privacy to the occupants. Both offer bathrooms with showers. The first suite has a King size bed and the larger 2nd suite has 2 Queen size beds. Walk to Chatham village and the local beaches: Andrew Hardings, Lighthouse and Claflin Landing! Kayak or canoe in Mill pond-just a couple blocks from the condo. 2 parking spaces available.

Wonderful 2-bedroom condo in a great location right on Main Street. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local beaches, while still being surprisingly quiet and peaceful. A perfect spot for a Chatham getaway. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying right along Main Street in Chatham, one of the most beautiful spots on the Cape. Allan and Eliza were communicative when we had questions, and offered lots of suggestions for where to go. Chatham was the perfect spot to head to all of the outer cape destinations. We will definitely return!!

A beautiful, comfortable apartment within walking distance of Chatham center's restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the beach. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our 4th stay was just as good as our other 3, and we will be back again!

this listing was a very good value and just perfect for 2 couples We loved that it was in the heart of Chatham and that we could walk to most things There were minor issues like the wifi going out but the host was very quick to help fix Sadly, the dryer was broken by a previous guest and that was a minor inconvenience as it was out of order for the stay But overall, this is an A grade property with charm ; amazing location; and a responsive host - we can recommend it

Wonderful location - right in downtown Chatham. The condo has been well kept, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts checked in throughout our stay and were available for any questions. Would stay here again.

I really liked how convenient it was to the town of Chatham. You can never find parking in town so it was very nice to have a spot to park in. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhoods to get to the lighthouse and beach.

Perfect Place to Stay in Downton Chatham

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this updated, very nice upstairs apartment. Beds were so comfortable and the place was super clean. Perfect location for shopping and walk to the beach. Owners were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect for strolling Main Street. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, great beds, lovely linens. We didn’t cook, but it looked like the kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood, easy onsite parking. Washer/dryer was a plus! Thanks for a great stay. I would come back again!

Terrific Vacation!

Great location in downtown Chatham. Short walk to the beach, Chatham Bars Inn and quaint shops. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The hosts were so friendly and attentive. We’re looking forward to visiting again next year!
