The property was very clean and well updated for a property that is almost 200 years old. Water pressure was very good and hot water was very good on demand. Great location for walking distance to Main Street Chatham.

Ship’s Light was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was well equipped, great location and very clean. The flannel sheets were a nice touch on a cold weekend. Plan on renting again soon.

Great find very close to town. Quaint, lovely restoration. Modern utilities, clean, washer/dryer in the garage - a must for me. Private entry, dedicated parking.Can walk to Chatham Bar Inn and the Lighthouse. Plenty food and shops. Very quiet, walkable neighborhood, great for rest and relaxation. Host responsive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

The room was cute, cozy, VERY clean and just as pictured. I was here on business and it was the perfect place to come back to every night. The location is lovely and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and if you're up for it, the lighthouse. I would definitely come back!

This is like a hotel suite only way better. Very clean and cozy and easy to check in. There is a nice fireplace and big TV. It's a mini apartment. Allison is very accommodating and prompt to respond. We plan to rent from her again.

An easy stroll to town, the shops and restaurants. A short drive to Monomoy Wildlife Refuge for a nice scenic hike. Owner very responsive to questions and assisted when I requested to stay an additional night.
