Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
A bit if a disappointment
The house was not properly cleaned: dirt on fans and floors. We were greeted with kissing bugs in the kitchen and living room . While you can walk to downtown SF, it was through a busy traffic Hwy and we ended up taking UBER as it was a safer way to travel as sidewalks are uneven or non existent until you get into downtown. The property was not exactly as described and did not include all amenities advertised such as a grill. Most important... NO Air conditioning! That was NOT disclosed. While it was 67 outside it was 80 in the house and never did get cooler making for a difficult night sleep. Finally there was low water pressure and the 4adults that we were, had to share the one shower that had enough pressure to facilitate water coming out of a shower head. There was NO hot water in the main restroom shower only to the sink. The house was not bad (in a bit of a a sketchy neighborhood)but with all the unexpected hiccups this was not a good value for what was paid for this home. A bit disappointed. Bring a wine key if you drink wine... they don't have one, surprisingly as there are wineries in the area. Finally, there was not any communication during the stay as this is through a rental agency rather than a personal host thus, we really had no one to express our concerns to.
