About this property

Enjoy the simple life while living in one of Colorado's sweetest towns. This completely renovated, all brick ranch, is a perfect location for your next stay in the town of Berthoud. With restaurants, breweries, parks, lakes, the rec center, and the new TPC golf course all with-in walking distance or a short drive away, you will not be disappointed. After a long day of activities, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, or grill for the family on the BBQ. It is a perfect relocation house for a family, or a couple who wants to work remote for a stretch
The space
This is a 1400 sq/ft ranch that has all three bedrooms down one hall with a bathroom and the other side of the house is the living area, with a very open concept and an extra powder room. Their is a dining area that can seat as many as 12 if needed, a cozy fireplace, and a fantastic back patio to grill on our soak in the hot tub.
Guest access
You will have access to all of the property minus the garage and the back shed.
Other things to note
This is a very quiet, sweet neighborhood and is in a very safe town. The house is located just up the street from a church and a senior living center and there isn’t much traffic. It’s close to everything without being too busy.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home supplied with everything you could possibly need and then some. Kristy was available to help out if there was anything you had questions about or needed. It was really clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Colorado.

Wonderful accommodations for 2-day stay

We were in town for a quick family gathering/memorial service. This place was so convenient, clean and welcoming. Just what we needed.

Great home away from home!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo. There were 6 of us siblings ages 65 and up. Plenty of space for us all, plus company. The deck area was amazing. We did use the grill that was provided plus all the seating space outside on the deck area. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and restful home

Very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well-decorated, and restful. Enjoyed the hot tub and central location between Denver and Estes Park.
