Great basecamp for Rocky Mountain National Park with 2 king beds and a hot tub.
Enjoy the simple life while living in one of Colorado's sweetest towns. This completely renovated, all brick ranch, is a perfect location for your next stay in the town of Berthoud. With restaurants, breweries, parks, lakes, the rec center, and the new TPC golf course all with-in walking distance or a short drive away, you will not be disappointed. After a long day of activities, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, or grill for the family on the BBQ. It is a perfect location for a family, a group of friends, or a couple who wants to visit all of the things Northern Colorado has to offer.
The space
This is a 1400 sq/ft ranch that has all three bedrooms down one hall with a bathroom and the other side of the house is the living area, with a very open concept space and an extra powder room. There is a dining area that can seat as many as 12 if needed, a cozy fireplace, and a fantastic back patio to grill on or soak in the hot tub.
Guest access
You will have access to all of the property minus the garage and the back shed.
Other things to note
This is a very quiet, sweet neighborhood and is in a very safe town. The house is located just up the street from a church and a senior living center and there isn’t much traffic. It’s close to everything without being too busy.

I love being a VRBO host because it allows me to share our beautiful home with so many people, and allows so many people an opportunity to share in our wonderful state.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it is close to everything Berthoud has to offers and is quiet and friendly. Many of the neighbors love that this home is a short term rental and use it for their family members when they are in town. This house is a short 5 minute drive my house as well and allows me to easily and quickly manage the property and help guests if they need.
What makes this property unique
It has the charm of a 70's home but has been completely renovated so it feels brand new. There is a fishing lake close by and the recreation center, restaurants, and activities close enough to walk to. It has a very large yard and xeriscaped to ensure great esthetics and functioning year round. It includes a hot tub, fire pit, grill, and a huge patio for great outdoor time, including fun yard games and access to golf clubs to go golfing at a world renowned golf course.
