The house itself has recently been completely remodeled with new flooring, fresh paint, premium Casper mattresses for a perfect night's sleep, and a new high-efficiency air conditioning system to keep you comfortable on warm summer days. The private front yard is a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The gravel driveway fits 3 cars, and is accessible via the alley. Please note, the backyard is not available for use unless pre-stay arrangements have been made. The house is equipped with a Ring light & camera facing the driveway and a Ring video doorbell at the front door.

The place is lovely, we love our stay at Franklin house. Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows.

This cute house had all the basics and was centrally located for the places we wanted to see. Could use more seating for dining and relaxing, but everything else was great. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Laundry onsite was bonus.
We chose this house for a family visit and were not disappointed. The house was very clean and comfortable, and it stayed cool despite an unseasonably warm spell in the area. We also liked the quick access to the Fred Meyer just across the bridge in Ballard, and to downtown Seattle.
It was a delightful place. Simple and clean. The road out front is crazy steep but fun. Had a flat parking spot out back. The host was quick and curteous to respond. I could absolutely stay here again and would recommend it.
It was clean and cozy. Short distance to many tourist spots.
The only thing, parking is on a hill (for those of you who are not used to parking on hills), Fyi. Other then that, it was a great place to stay. Milk
We would definitely stay here again as the stay was very comfortable. Check-in was easy, the beds were large and comfortable, there was easy access to the washer/dryer, and the owner provided good quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The property was clean, the neighborhood was nice, and the price was affordable.
A couple of minor recommendations: both hand soaps were empty, so we had to go out and buy our own, and the area under the day bed needs to be swept. Also, there was something left in the cupboard, presumably by the prior renter, which was not something we wanted our daughter to be asking about. Both are relatively minor and easy to be overlooked.
Overall, this was a great property.
