Very nice property. The kitchen was huge and nicely appointed with all clean and well maintained applicances. The beds were comfortable. One nice addition would be place small chairs or something to sit on while getting dressed but other than that, the bedrooms were also nicely decorated. All in all a nice place for a family to relax and spread out; ours was a group of 6 adults and 2 kids.

We had such a great stay! The place was spotless, beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — you can tell they really care about their guests. We’d definitely stay again! I highly recommend staying here for any amount of time.

We had an incredible stay! Amazing communication throughout. Place was very clean, so many amenities, really just need to pack food! Very thoughtful hosts with the best for all ages. Rent the golf cart - worth it - will be back when the pool opens :)

Beautiful view, lovely condo

The condo was well-appointed and had so many nice details for our family vacation. Golfing was so fun and it was a great location to launch the boat too. Quiet neighborhood and a clean, spacious home for the week.

Very nice place! Comfortable beds. We sat out on the patio all the time. Well equipped kitchen and garage. Loads of fun stuff to do in the garage. We'll be back!

Great property!

Home was very clean and had everything you would need! Probably one of the best outfitted homes we have stayed at. Kids enjoyed the pool ant the club and the lake. Sat in the backyard for front row seats to fireworks on the fourth. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place!!

My friends and I loved our stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was well stocked with plenty of kitchen items, dinner and glassware, paper towels, etc. We enjoyed driving the golf cart and using the great variety of water shoes and floaty stuff. Jason was a fantastic and very responsive host if we had any questions!! This place couldn’t have been more perfect!

Beautiful home for our extended family of 8! Open and large kitchen, dining, and living room area made for a great place to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The house is located on the water with a nice grassy area in between. It is a rock beach so swim shoes are a must. The house is stocked with everything you need and Jason was extremely responsive to requests and questions. The local area is very quiet and the lake is clean. Nearby restaurant Bayview had fun bingo and meat raffle nights. Very unexpected fun!

Izatys townhome

The property was clean and comfortable with an outstanding view of Mille Lacs. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and everything was well labeled. Check in time was late (5 pm) and this limited our options after getting in and getting settled. I also think that the cleaning fee was excessive. This is particularly true given that the hosts required so much cleaning from us prior to our departure or pay a penalty.

We are glad to hear that you found our townhome to be clean, comfortable, well stocked, and well organized. Our goal for every guest is to have a five-star experience. We are very sorry to learn that you were not happy with our check-in time (5pm), cleaning fee, and check-out procedures. After listening to your feedback, we will be changing our check-in time to 4pm for future guests. Regarding the cleaning fee, we hire a professional cleaning company to thoroughly clean and disinfect our townhome, and this is our out-of-pocket cost. The cleanliness of our townhome is very important to us, and this company does an outstanding job; therefore, we do not plan to make any changes here (our cleaning fee is clearly disclosed at the time of booking). Lastly, we believe our check-out procedures are consistent with other vacation home rentals, and include the following: put stuff away (that you used), take out the garbage, put used linens in a laundry basket, wash used dishes, clean the outdoor grills (if used), and turn off lights / lock up. These items are disclosed on our VRBO page (under house rules) and in our welcome package. We are always trying to improve our guest experience, so thank you for sharing this feedback.

The Lakeside Retreat unit 230 is a favorite of ours, we have now stayed there numerous time the past three years. The place has everything available from everyday kitchen & bath items to outdoor recreation items in the garage. Besides that it has an unbeatable lake view from the living room and the expansive back yard. This is a very fun and family friendly lakeside place to vacation and stay. I highly recommend booking with them and we plan to return!

The owners of this beautiful townhome on the lake were great to communicate with and very friendly. The townhome itself was very clean and had more than all the extras we needed (coffee maker, coffee pods, toaster, baggies, etc.). On a calm day, you could get on your tube and sit right outside the home on the water. We had a bit windier days, so we traveled just down the road to a beautiful location. Highly recommend!
